Frozen Products – According to availabilty some products could be high quality frozen food.
Raw materials / Products abated on site – Some fresh products of animal origin, as well as raw fishery products, are subjected to rapid temperature reduction to guarantee quality and safety, as described in the HACCP Plan pursuant to EC Reg. 852/04 and EC Reg. 853/04. CE 852/04 e Reg. CE 853/04.
Allergens – The customer is asked to communicate to the dining room staff the need to consume foods free of certain allergenic substances before ordering. During cooking preparations, cross-contamination cannot be excluded. Therefore our dishes may contain the following allergenic substances pursuant to EU Reg. 1169/11
